WeDeen Pay Personal Loan is an interest-free personal loan designed to meet the urgent financial needs of borrowers. The borrower must repay the exact loan amount taken—no interest will be charged.
Eligibility
  • Applicants must be legal adults residing in Bangladesh.

  • Applicants must provide all required documents necessary for loan verification.

  • আবেদনকারীকে বাংলাদেশে বসবাসকারী প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক হতে হবে এবং প্রয়োজনীয় সকল নথি প্রদান করতে হবে।
Application Process
  • Loan applications must be submitted online.

  • Submission of the application form and required information initiates the loan approval process.

  • Upon approval, the loan amount will be transferred promptly

  • ঋণ আবেদন অনলাইনে সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।

  • আবেদনপত্র পূরণ এবং প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রদান সাপেক্ষে ঋণ অনুমোদন প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে।

  • ঋণ অনুমোদনের পর টাকা দ্রুত স্থানান্তর করা হবে।

  • Borrowers can repay the loan in convenient installments.

  • Timely repayment of installments is the responsibility of the borrower.

  • ঋণের সর্বোচ্চ এবং সর্বনিম্ন সীমা WeDeen Pay দ্বারা নির্ধারিত।

  • ঋণগ্রহীতা সুবিধাজনক কিস্তিতে ঋণ পরিশোধ করতে পারবেন।

  • সময়মতো পরিশোধ নিশ্চিত করা ঋণগ্রহীতার দায়িত্ব।
Interest and Charges

  • WeDeen Pay প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, প্রযুক্তিগত ব্যর্থতা বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের কারণে ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নয়।

  • ঋণগ্রহীতার দায় হলো নির্ধারিত কিস্তি সময়মতো পরিশোধ করা।
Amendments
  • WeDeen Pay may update or modify these Terms & Conditions as needed.

  • Any changes will take effect upon being published on the website.

  • WeDeen Pay প্রয়োজনমত এই টার্মস অ্যান্ড কন্ডিশনস পরিবর্তন করতে পারে।

  • কোনো পরিবর্তন ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশের পর তা কার্যকর হবে।
Governing Law
  • This agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

  • Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

  • এই চুক্তি বাংলাদেশ সরকারের প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুসারে পরিচালিত হবে।

  • যেকোনো বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তির জন্য বাংলাদেশি আদালত একমাত্র এখতিয়ারপ্রাপ্ত হবে।
